Chris Silverwood

With over 25 years' experience in Sales and Category Management across multiple industries, I bring experience to organisations looking to grow and develop their Sales.Having worked at a senior level in multi million FMCG and consumer healthcare companies, I have consistently driven Sales Revenues and Market Share increases whilst developing high performing teams and successful go to market strategies.With a focus on the SME market in more recent years, in the apparel, chemical manufacturing and PPE Industries. I have experience of working with distributors and manufacturers taking products to market through retail, wholesale, discounter and pharmacy channels both domestically and internationally.

Mark D'arcy

With over 20 years' experience in operations and process improvement Mark brings a wealth of Operational experience to the table.Having successfully built and developed his own business to a significant level Mark has first hand experience of the challenges faced by SME's and companies on a growth trajectory.As an accomplished operations practitioner with a focus on building operational capacity in order to facilitate growth Mark implements processes and procedures based upon Lean techniques and principles.Mark also brings considerable experience in terms of implementing policies which enthuse, motivate and inspire to drive sustainable cultural change and continuous improvement within a business.
